⚠️ Account deletion is permanent. All your data — mood history, chat logs, assessments, progress — will be erased and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and display name
- All mood check-ins and journal notes
- AI coaching chat history
- Assessment results and scores
- Progress data and streaks
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by EU law. Anonymised aggregate statistics (not linked to you) may also be retained.
How to delete your account
Open MindShift → Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm
Send an email to privacy@getmindshift.app with subject line: Delete my account
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process within 30 days.
If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first via Google Play → Subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
